Commandments

Be Amylee.
Let go.
Choose the positive.
Stay busy.
Give people the benefit of the doubt.
Say yes.

Have you ever read Gretchen Rubin's The Happiness Project?  If you haven't, you should.  These are the personal commandments that I made for myself.  They are my rules to live by, so to speak.  What are some of yours?

I need to buy this book! I keep hearing about it randomly, so it must be fate.

I've never thought about my own commandments, but I often try to live by something that my grandmother told my mom... "There will always be somebody smarter, and there will always be somebody prettier, so be the most kind." I don't always live up to that, but it's something I'm working on.
