Right now I have 2 ultimate running goals:
1- Run a Boston Qualifying Marathon. Run a BQ with the new standard time of 3:35. Qualify for Boston AGAIN- post baby.
2- Run a 10K with a pace 6:59/mile or faster.
Each race I run I set goals for myself, and these vary from pace, to running hills without stopping, to not peeing my pants. Achieving the goals I set is one of the reasons I love running so much. It's good to accomplish something that you think is hard, and doing it a few times a week is even better :).
