Just popping in to say BOO!!!!
The Halloween Half was a bit of a fright, but finished with a new PR. 1:37 with a 7:26/mile average! The best part, by far, were the costumes. Actually, it's a tie for first; the other best part was cheering on my friends as the majority of them all pulled a new PR.

you are ON IT! with this post! i pretty much loved seeing you. you are ultra amazing and i am so beyond proud of your PR. and prob when you stood on top of the podium and screamed...that was the highlight of my day ;) congrats!
