May the odds be ever in your favor.

I've got my best Katniss Everdeen face on as I head to the midnight premier of The Hunger Games.
I tried to do a full on Katniss braid, but let's face it, my hair just isn't long enough yet, so I had to pull it up in a little bun/braid invention.  It's cool.  Everyone can tell I'm Katniss by my I'm-brave-enough-to-take-Prim's-spot face that I'm sporting.

And speaking of odds....  Less than one day to enter the Red Rock Relay Giveaway!

Are you going to the premier?  If you've seen the movie- what was your favorite part?  Did you like it?

This movie has got to be better than Twilight was, or I'm swearing off books that have been turned into movies altogether.

Vaughn's on a stupid business trip and is ruining all my fun. I can't wait to go see it! You look awesome!

It was filmed where I grew up:) Yep, none of those shacks were set pieces. Those places are where real people lived and worked until the coal and textile industry moved.

My actual childhood home is about 20 minutes from where all the action took place. But all that green and woodsy areas were where my Mom took us for foraging classes...she's a bit of a hippy:)

Nice braiding. I have no hair skills whatsoever!! It's a shame too :) You, on the other hand have got an awesome "do" on!

I watched all the Harry Potter movies and the books were always better. Shamefully enough I havent made it past chapter 2 of the Hunger Games. I've resolved myself to start audio booking. I fall asleep every time I go to read :(

I haven't read the books yet so I'll wait to see the movie later. Hope you had a great time!

Love it! I haven't read any of the books (I don't read unless it is RW or people...or US magazine. ha) But I actually do really want to see the movie.
